CrossFit McAlester is truly an integral part of making this community healthier. There is a wonderful camaraderie here as well as excellent, expert coaching for literally every age and ability. If you're wondering if CrossFit is for you, stop wondering and come on by.
Very kind and supportive environment. Makes you feel like one of the team immediately. Always motivating you to be better. And the coach is very easy to work with and understand. Highly recommend that you give it a try.
