Dropped in while visiting Lexington. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Gym was great and coach did an awesome job explaining everything, coaching, and cheering the athletes on. Definitely recommend!
Dropped in on a class while visiting from Baltimore. Super welcoming, nonjudgmental crowd. No AC tho, which I know is common for CrossFit, but I personally find challenging 😊 I’ll be back when I visit the family at Christmas!
The facilities were immaculate. The training was fantastic and the programming was fun on the day that I dropped in. I would highly recommend this box.
