Des coachs très consciencieux, qui te poussent juste assez, selon ton niveau. Des entraînements variés qui visent la musculation, la mobilité, le cardio. Un atmosphère agréable, les gens sont très accueillants et encourageants.
Crossfit Max is honestly such a wonderful gym and you learn so much here. One of the best things is that the coaches really adapt everything to your own personal needs and level, so you really don't have to be scared or hesitate to start if you've never done CrossFit before. They are super welcoming and the whole place is just very well organized. Plus the gym and the equipment are always kept really clean which is a huge bonus.
