Good for workout
Aloha! Danny was both fair and accommodating, even during the COVID limitations and precautions. Both gym locations were well equipped and clean. A fair price for the week, if you can still find the time to workout during vacation, kudos brothers and sisters. Whether you body build, power lift, or CrossFit, you’ve got options. Took my 11 and 13 year old grandsons for a workout at the Ma'alea location. Coach Kimo did an excellent job of structuring a crossfit style workout for the 3 of us around some initial deadlift instruction. And, he tailored things to each of us on the fly so we each learned something getting a great workout. We'd barely gotten back to the car before they were asking if we could do it it again. Squat day, later in the week, was just as good
