I’m so glad my husband and I started coming here. I was honestly nervous at first because I’d never tried CrossFit but the community here makes coming in as a newbie so easy and not at all intimidating. Everyone is so kind, helpful and encouraging, coaches and members both! It’s a great space to be in and I always leave so happy I came!
I’ve been doing CrossFit since 2017, at Matters since 2022. The coaches and athletes at CrossFit Matters are outstanding. They are all highly committed to maintaining technically safe and efficient standards of moment and a drama-free, fun, supportive community. I’ve dropped in several here several times. The coaches are friendly, the gym is spacious and the programming is scalable for everyone!
Great experience at CrossFit Matters while we were staying in Kansas City. Even after 10 years of CrossFit, I got some good coaching tips during my visit. I always appreciate that.
CrossFit Matters = family away from home. When I moved to KC 2 years ago, I was new to CrossFit. The coaches, the environment at CFM, and just the people there made my whole experience the best I could have asked for. At CFM I had coaches who cared about my progress and health, I grew as an athlete, and I became part of a community full of different & extraordinary people with a mindset of growth and hard work!! Forever thankful!
