Great community! We recently moved to the Mason area from out of state, and this gym has been such a welcoming place. Everyone is friendly, encouraging, and genuinely happy to cheer you on. I've done CrossFit on and off for years, and one of my favorite offerings here is Fitcamp. It gives you the intensity and benefits of CrossFit without the barbell. Visiting town so i dropped in. Such welcoming crowd and great exercise. There is a wonderful coffee shop right next door. I had a great time.
I was in town visiting Great Wolf Lodge and wanted a place to drop in to continue prepping for the Open. CF Mason had a very straightforward way to register, fill out the waiver, and pay. It made it so I could get right into the warmup when I arrived. The community was very welcoming and the coach, TJ, came up and introduced himself right away. I just left Mason CrossFit after nearly 4 years there due to relocation and it is one of the things I will miss most about Mason! Incredible coaching team and amazing community. No pressure, super positive and helps you progress to your goals.
