Dropped into the box while traveling for work and couldn’t be happier with my experience. Great environment with showers and quality rogue equipment, in addition they had a large community where members were so inviting and friendly. I definitely plan on going back for the remainder of my time here in TN. The class was organized well with enough time for a well planned warm up in addition to strength and conditioning.
Top notch CrossFit training. I travel for work and was in the area for a little over a month. The trainers knew my situation and that I would be dropping in 2-3 times per week, but they still treated me with the same attention, interest, and guidance that I would expect as a normal full-time member. The ownership also worked with me to set-up a monthly membership.
