Dropped in on a work trip as it was the closest gym to my hotel. Had no idea the caliber of coaching and the friendliness of the community would be so great! Bill made sure everyone in class had a thorough warm up and proper scales before starting the workout and was extremely encouraging. Thank you for having me!
