Bakersfield and Kern county firefighters were blessed to have assisted local residents at the Palisades fire. After a few days we were all in need of some stress relief. CrossFit Malibu graciously donated time for our crews to workout. We can’t say thank you enough. The gym was amazing! It had everything anyone needed to get in a great workout, and it was laid out in a simple to use and highly functional format. You guys Rock!!!
