Coach Michelle is a fantastic guide through the scalable programming. Her knowledge and coaching sets this box above the rest. Drop into a great community of athletes, classes are frequent throughout the day. Lots of equipment and a very clean facility. Convenient to get to from Wayne, Phoenixville, King of Prussia, and Valley Forge.
Update: Even 3 years later, this is the place for getting fit. Michelle and the other coaches are all there to help you on your fitness journey. I'm still here because they're awesome! ------------------------------------------------------- Absolutely outstanding group of coaches, helping athletes of all ages, shapes, and sizes get healthier and happier. Whether you're new at Crossfit, or some sort of super athlete, CFML has something to offer. I can't recommend them highly enough.
This gym is the perfect blend of expert coaching and a truly welcoming atmosphere. From day one, I felt like part of the group. The coaches really know their stuff, and the positive community they’ve built makes every workout the highlight of my day. Highly recommend!
I have been working out at this place for nearly four years now, and it is the best CrossFit gym I have ever been to. The best part is definitely the atmosphere.
