I started back in CrossFit last year after taking 15 years off and have not only come to love it again but have been able to feel stronger now than 15 years ago. Coach Michelle and Anthony are both so support and patient and the workouts are challenging even when scaled. Couldn’t say more about how amazing this gym, its coaches and its community are! So happy I tagged along with my husband and rediscovered CrossFit.
UPDATE: since my last review in 2024..I moved to south philly the fall 2025.. literally CF 2nd street around the corner from my house. BUT I still choose to come to CFML Wayne atleast 3 times a week. The commute is longer but worth my gas and time. I love the people here and the WODs are always borderline torture but in a good way. :) I spent many years avoiding a GYM or any sort of group exercise. CrossFit Mainline is amazing! The community is very welcoming and always ready to help a newbie out. After having 2 kids this gym is helping me get my confidence and strength back!
I love this place! I’ve been a member for almost 14 years and it’s truly an incredible community! The awesome side benefit is that you get really fit! The coaching is phenomenal, regardless of your current or desired level. The people are great - some are super competitive and others are just there to work out. The common denominator is that everyone is friendly and goes out their way to welcome new people. Come check it out!
