Friendly environment mixed with the motivated staff make it easy to come back. Great programming that pushes your limits no matter where you are at in your season. If you want a place to work out or a second family, this is where you want to be.
Love the community of this gym - the amount of time and energy all the coaches put into each and every athlete to improve function, technique and overall performance is outstanding. Everyone behind the scenes is working hard to make sure that every individual is taken care of in the way that they need and they do a great job catering to all the different needs. You can tell they love what they do and want to share it!
The gym is excellent! The community is awesome, and it feels like a family. The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive, which makes for a great workout environment.
Dropped in to do Murph on Memorial Day, and they gladly welcomed me into their class. The gym was very clean, with great equipment. The coaches and members were all incredibly friendly—I had at least five or six people introduce themselves before I even got started. That’s exactly the kind of community you want in a gym. I’d highly recommend this place. If it weren’t out of the way for work, I’d definitely be joining.
