I highly recommend Albert’s classes and nutrition coaching at Metfix Boise! His workouts are challenging but approachable, and he creates such a supportive and encouraging environment. The group feels like a team and we have fun while working hard! I’ve gotten stronger, feel better, and really appreciate how practical and sustainable his approach to nutrition is. Albert genuinely cares about the people he works with, and it shows!

I have had such a fun time working out with the group here. I know I'm doing lifts and things correctly with Albert's guidance. He's really great at cheering you on as well. Always feel great afterwards and I gained a lot of strength and toning.

I am addicted to Albert's classes, This is totally different from all other gyms. not the same boring routine every time. Each time is a challenge. Your get personal training in a group, you learn about nutrition.

I joined Metfix/CrossFit Magni about 5 months ago, and I've had the most unexpected and enjoyable gym experience to date. I've been active all my life, being a part of dozens of gyms, and these guys take the cake for me. Personal, educational, and scaled to your abilities, this place really strives to help you improve through functional fitness and nutrition, and provides a positive environment for everyone. 6 Stars.
