My wife and I are visiting Washington to see family and we dropped in to this CrossFit gym and we are glad we did. Brooke and her family were really welcoming and made us feel at home. Would definitely recommend this gym for all fitness levels and a great atmosphere.
My wife and I love this place, especially the coaching and other members. This gym's attitude is one of encouragement and help in your pursuit of getting in shape or staying in shape for all ages and abilities. We are in our 60's and love it.
Absolutely love CFL. We go as a family, we are completely brand new to the crossfit community, all the coaches made us feel comfortable, had lots of patience (being new and all) explained EVERYTHING. It literally feels like a family everything you show up. Amazing attitude from everyone and beyond encouraging. Highly recommend.
CFL is the greatest gym! The people are so welcoming and encouraging. The coaches always know how to push you to be your best. I look forward to every class!
