I dropped in to Lux on my holiday to Auckland from Aus. Very responsive with emails and Grayson and the team at Lux were very friendly. I had experience with CrossFit but the team kept checking in to see if I knew the movements. Thanks for having me- if ever I find myself back in Auckland I will be visiting again!
Very friendly, chill box. Really good coaches as well. They follow CrossFit Mayhem's Programme.
