From personal training, to a wide range of classes, you will feel comfortable, and motivated, to achieve your goals at any level. Our high school son would not be the wrestler he is today without the personal training from Coach Chris!! We cannot imagine a better place for our whole family to train together!!
I can not say enough good things about CrossFit Lupos. I joined about six months ago after not working out regularly for a long time and now truly look forward to my workouts in the ladies Happy Hour class. The coaches are very accommodating for all fitness levels and everyone is so friendly.
Crossfit Lupos is a great gym-I have been a member for 2 years. The owners and coaches are fantastic and there's plenty of space and equipment. My strength has increased and so has my confidence in pushing myself or trying a new skill.
Everybody, coaches and members, is very welcoming and encouraging. I'm new to this gym and Crossfit, so it was a little intimidating getting started, but the coaches are great and really meet you at your level. They customize every workout to your ability.
