As a mom of 4 strapping boys, I worked out at home for 8 years, but last year I lost my drive and needed something new. I had encouraged my hubby to try out Crossfit, and he met the owner of Lumberjack and decided it was the place for him. I joined a few months later. I go in the mornings, and my hubby goes in the evenings.
