This gym is much cleaner with much higher intensity with better trainers that others in Lufkin. Would reccomend anyone to try this gym!
After trying other CrossFit boxes and gyms in the Lufkin area, I made the decision to join CrossFit Lufkin 2 years ago and have never looked back! Since being a member at CFL, I have grown as an athlete and competitor through physically and mentally reaching my goals. Hands down, best gym in Lufkin. I’ve been to other gyms in town and nothing compares. I stayed at my previous gym, even though I was unhappy and making no progress, because it’s what I was comfortable with. DONT LET THAT BE YOU! I’ve progressed more in six months at CFL than I did in two years! The coaches are very knowledgeable and willing to help you improve your weaknesses.
