This is a fantastic CrossFit gym. Very welcoming. Very knowledgeable, and very legit credentials. If you are in town and need to get your heart pumping or want to test yourself against great athletes at high altitude, this is the place. No other gym in the area offers anything close to this level of legitimate fitness. Comprehensive equipment and great coaching. If you are looking for the best drop in in the area, this is it.

Been going here for 18 mos and absolutely love this place. The owners are so welcoming, down to earth and incredible dedicated to ensuring members have a positive experience. Probably the best part of this gym is the community. I’ve made so many awesome friends and look forward to coming working out now.
I would give more stars if I could. This is a fantastic gym with an amazing community! Everyone is so welcoming and fun to workout with whether it's a CrossFit session or Summit Sweat. Workouts are scalable to fit any and everyone’s abilities while still presenting a fun challenge. Coaches are top notch and look to teach and instill proper form. If you’ve ever wanted to try CrossFit or change the way you work out, I can’t recommend enough giving CrossFit Low Oxygen a chance.
