I have been at Loomis CrossFit for two years and I feel part of a family. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly invested in helping everyone improve, no matter their fitness level. The community is welcoming and supportive, making each workout enjoyable and motivating. The programming is challenging yet adaptable, ensuring steady progress without feeling overwhelming. I have been attending Crossfit Loomis for 8 years and I will never leave. Regardless of the workout, this place is a family. The support and community you get when you walk through the doors is like nothing else. "Crossfit" can be intimidating but not at our gym. The workout can be modified to suit any individual, injury, age, ability, etc. Trust me, you will not regret making the decision to join Crossfit Loomis.
