Had a great time, one of the things I like best about CrossFit community is the consistency. I would definitely drop in at this gym anytime I’m in town.
I did a drop in from Florida! What a welcome I got. So friendly! The coaches/owners really know how to integrate you into the group. I am a beginner and they know how to scale and made me feel confident.

Bill is the best! He is so patient and always encouraging. He understands my scaling needs and concerns for injury. I’ll never forget when he ran across the gym to save my partner from losing a bench press when I wasn’t paying attention. He’s always alert! Stacey rocks! She is upbeat, friendly and encouraging. She is invested in us getting the most out of our workouts by having the equipment out and ready for us before we get there and thoroughly explaining the workout she spent time studying before class. If you are thinking about joining CrossFit, I can’t recommend this gym enough! I have been coming to this gym for over 2 years now and I can’t explain how much I love coming here. The gym is always clean and the equipment is very well taken care of. All of the coaches are very nice and are very helpful if you are just starting out, intermediate, or experienced! This gym is very family friendly and always welcoming to newcomers.
