The owner David and his staff are welcoming and helpful. I visited over Christmas break and everyone in the gym was very helpful. People of all athletic abilities are welcome. I'd highly recommend this gym to anyone who lives near it or anyone traveling in this area.

My husband and I have dropped in here the last 3 years while visiting family. The owner David is great and the entire gym is awesome. Each year they keep upgrading their facility and the members are so welcome. The gym is super accommodating to drop ins. We always enjoy our time visiting them and make it a priority each trip down!
