I started my CrossFit journey here. They patiently taught me everything! This is the best CrossFit gym in the universe! My first gym will forever stay in my heart.
Honestly the best gym I have been to. The people there are like a second family! 45 pounds down since I started and I’ve never felt better. The coaches actually take time to show you how to scale workouts when you’re starting. Would highly recommend if you want to do something fun to lose the weight.
This is my CrossFit home away from home. Every time I visit Sacramento I come to this box for workouts. Matt and Josh are amazing coaches, always cueing and adapting the workout to your abilities. I wish this box was closer to my home.
Great coaching and some of the toughest workouts! There is always an emphasis on stretching and flexibility at the beginning of every class to keep us healthy. Recommend Ocho to everyone from the seasoned athlete to day one cross fitter!
