Amazing environment with even better people. The coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging. There is a strong sense of community and support at CrossFit Lockhart. Even on those days you don’t feel like working out the coaches and members always push you through and you always leave feeling better emotionally and physically. Love this gym ❤️

Love this place! Saturdays are my personal fave! Everything can be scaled for wherever you are in your athletic journey. With time, guidance, dedication, and inspiration from fellow athletes here, you will gain strength, technique, endurance, and confidence.
