Awesome place to train. Great coaches who try to bring the best out of you. 1st time CrossFitter and been training here from last 3 months and I am obsessed. After joining, my only regret was not doing it earlier. Every workout is different and challening to people of all fitness levels. Deff would recommend “CrossFit Loaded” Each day is different and you will never get bored.
