We are proud to offer our community the fastest growing, results oriented, and scientifically driven fitness methodology that has, and will continue to change lives worldwide. Come experience the spirit of CrossFit here at Lake Waccammaw. We offer something for everyone, so be sure to ask about our Fit 55+, CrossFit Kids, Teens, or standard classes. Also, if you are into the sport of rucking, come join a Saturday ruck with the CrossFit LKW Ruck Club!!

Everything about this facility is top notch! My favorite things are the professionalism, the personal touch of the coaches, and the way that everyone that walks in the door feels welcome, and never out of place. An amazing community of people that I’m over the moon happy that I found!
