I joined CrossFit liquid in February 2024 and cannot say enough good things about it. Coming to this gym has become the part of my day that I look forward to the most. The workouts are great. The people are great. The environment is great. Cue the waterworks on this one. It's been almost a year since I joined this gym, when I started not only was I physically slacking but my mental health was slipping pretty drastically. I like many people was suffering from feelings of stagnation at work, a failing relationship, difficulty keeping to routines, lack of confidence, and just overall demotivated to do much other than to exist. I joined CrossFit Liquid for one month while traveling for work and it was the best decision! The community is so welcoming, they did not hesitate to include me in their CrossFit Open events and potluck. Their facility is cozy with all of the equipment I needed and I loved their 24/7 access. The app was easy to use and understand to see their workouts and chat for the latest updates. The coaching staff was incredibly kind and supportive.
