North Vancouver's CrossFit Lions was established in 2008 and has been a leader in CrossFit training in Metro Vancouver and BC in both competitive and class-based CrossFit programming. We have a stellar reputation and an athlete roster that boasts newbies and top end athletes alike. Our trainers and work-out programmers have the knowledge and expertise to make sure you are getting the most out of every workout. Your first session is on us.

This gym had created an amazing and welcoming community. I was having trouble getting back into a fitness routine that I would commit to for more than a few weeks. So, I decided to try out a class and signed up for a month. I started to see results pretty quickly and became hooked. The coaches are great, and so are the other members. I have only been going for the last 6 months, and I can't wait to see where I will be after another 6 months
Great workouts, amazing coaches, and a fun, comfortable atmosphere. I've been going here for a few years now and the WODs never get boring. The coaches are very knowledgeable, friendly, and always happy to accommodate different skill levels. CrossFit Lions is for everyone, not at all intimidating. Loving the results I'm seeing so far and looking forward to learning more.
love this gym n techniques, love all the coaches and classes! buuutt.. love David's classes mostly! i literally do every class with him; he goes above and beyond for each of his trainees in class, he is operating all of us like a personal trainer! he is knowladgable about his work! and take care of every one more than anybody! just give your wokouts based on your needs, so kindhearted and cheerful♥️
