I dropped into CrossFit Lifestyle while in the area, and had a great experience. Owner, coaches and members are very welcoming. Had a great workout and great time pushing myself in a supportive environment. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, highly recommend stopping by.
Had a really good coaching experience. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. This was my second drop in and they did not disappoint. I'm looking forward to my next visit.
