Incredible and challenging workout with Kevin! Great space with incredible energy. Kevin did a great job guiding me through new movements and making the workout fun. Highly recommend.
Great gym, community, and family! Whether you are just starting out or older this gym is the best! Very motivating coaches. The energy in the building is incredible! I always love the music selection also but what I LOVE the most is the family friendly atmosphere Maria (logged in under sons Google act)
Dropped in for a workout this morning and had an awesome experience! Super welcoming, great energy and top-tier coaching. If you’re in the area or just passing through, definitely check this place out – I’ll for sure be back!
I don't go there but I am across the street at the dental office Crestwood Family Dental, and I just want to say I love the music and I love seeing everyone so motivated! Maybe one day I will have to join you all! Keep it up!!! :)
I dropped in for 25.1 and the athletes and coaches were great! Definitely would recommend CrossFit Lena!
