Really enjoyed dropping in at this CrossFit. Great coaching, friendly members, huge facility and all the toys. I appreciated the coaching encouraging any modifications I might need. A high recommend if you live in Sarasota or are dropping I .
Very welcoming box!! I drop in whenever I’m in town! The owner, coaches, and members are kind and welcoming. They also help you with standards and answer all questions! Highly recommend and always return when I’m in town!
