I don't go there but I am across the street at the dental office Crestwood Family Dental, and I just want to say I love the music and I love seeing everyone so motivated! Maybe one day I will have to join you all! Keep it up!!! :)
I dropped in for 25.1 and the athletes and coaches were great! Definitely would recommend CrossFit Lena!
Great atmosphere, great coaches, incredibly fun place to work out
My wife and I visit the Sarasota area a couple times each year to see family, and CrossFit Lena is our home away from home. We own a CrossFit gym in IL and we love the way Josh runs Lena. The programming is top notch, the people are great and the facility is awesome! If you are in the area, Lena is the place to go!
