Kevin is a great instructor! Kicked my butt!
An excellent place with very professional staff. Spacious facilities and a great quantity and quality of equipment. The coaches are friendly and very attentive, and there are several class times available daily. A lovely community.
Old school training is the best for everybody. The best CrossFit gym I've ever been to. The place is huge, very well equipped, and has a large number of cardio machines. The owners are fantastic. Great, friendly atmosphere. The WODs are challenging and fun. Highly recommended
Really enjoyed dropping in at this CrossFit. Great coaching, friendly members, huge facility and all the toys. I appreciated the coaching encouraging any modifications I might need. A high recommend if you live in Sarasota or are dropping I .
