After retiring from teaching for 38 years I realized I finally had the time to do the “10,000 steps a day thing”. My friend, Elizabeth and I would walk and walk the Lemoore Rec Center track passing Ryan Rocha’s CrossFit Lemoore classes each lap. Ryan, who knew we could do better, encouraged us to try out a few classes. We started out three days a week, three became four, then five and sometimes even six!
