I came here on a whim because I was in town for the weekend. When I first walked in, I was immediately in awe of the gym set up. Everyone gets their own equipment and space to work out. Friday afternoon is the time to go because there was only 3 other people. So there was plenty of space and the coach, Ryan, was able to walk around and take time to make sure our form was right for all exercises. This place is completely incredible and worth EVER penny. This is coming from a 22 year Navy vet and 12 of those years were training in cross fit and new fitness workouts built for the military. The owners are unbelievably kind and extremely smart when it comes to health, body shaping and goals. Always willing and helpful to stay and talk about goals and very intune with showing you how to with all of the workouts. If this is the season to change your mind, body and goals, it starts at the Lemoore Crossfit Gym.
I’ve been to regular gyms and a few CrossFit boxes while traveling, but nothing compares to CrossFit Lemoore. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I found where I belonged. The equipment is clean and well maintained, there are always fresh towels and antibacterial spray before each class, and the space is organized and welcoming.
