If I were looking for a gym to start the New Year strong, CrossFit Lavon would be at the top of my list. I dropped in over Thanksgiving while traveling and was blown away by the experience. I’ve been a member of four CrossFit gyms as I’ve moved around, and CrossFit Lavon is my favorite BY FAR! The coaches are attentive and accommodating, but at the same time they hold you accountable and push you to become better, stronger, fitter, all the things. But what stands out most to me about this gym is the culture the owners and coaches have created. They had my review removed, so I will post again on behalf of my fellow Asians and South Asians. Disappointing interaction online with coach Carrie Testa, her behavior on Facebook regarding Asian people and culture, and the overall lack of accountability from CrossFit Lavon, has forced me to warn all other Asians/South Asians to steer very clear of this gym. They don’t want people like us there, anyways.

This place is absolutely next level. The coaches? Total legends. They'll work your butt off — literally — so you can get the butt (and body) you've always wanted. Whether you're trying to get shredded, build strength, or just survive a workout without crying, CrossFit Lavon is where it's at. You want results? You better show up. And if you're not in here grinding... do you even lift, bro?
