The staff here is very caring towards clients needs and wants. They will push you but also be a pleasure to be around, especially coach amanda she’s an amazing coach that provides the best and most fun workouts possible, while also making sure u sweat. Beautiful gym, kind staff and welcoming environment. Highly recommend.
Great gym, great people. In addition to being ridiculously hilarious, Amanda is probably the best personal trainer in Cumming. Actually, the state of Georgia. I only say *probably* because I haven't worked with every trainer in Cumming, but she is fantastic. I came to her with an injury and specific needs for my training. I’ve always been someone who worked out regularly, but I had never tried CrossFit before joining this gym. It’s been one of the best fitness decisions I’ve made. The workouts challenge you physically and mentally, and getting the opportunity to compete in local competitions has made it even more fun. What stands out the most is the community. I have never done CrossFit even though I have worked out for years. This gym is not intimidating and the coaching really help me with form on movements I do not know how to do. Super fun environment too
My fiance and I are started working out here a while ago and we absolutely love it!!! All the coach’s are so knowledgeable and push you to do your best! We’re so glad we found CrossFit Lanier!!
