This gym is amazing! The community is so welcoming and the LSC team quickly made me feel at home. Their programming does not disappoint! The class schedules allowed me to be able to make it before my work day, which is not something I’ve been able to find in other gyms. So glad to have found this gem in the Forsyth community!

This gym and the people that work out here are the most welcoming, fun, driven people I’ve ever met in a gym. If you want to get in shape and hit new PR’s give them a try.

The staff here is very caring towards clients needs and wants. They will push you but also be a pleasure to be around, especially coach amanda she’s an amazing coach that provides the best and most fun workouts possible, while also making sure u sweat. Beautiful gym, kind staff and welcoming environment. Highly recommend.

Great gym, great people. In addition to being ridiculously hilarious, Amanda is probably the best personal trainer in Cumming. Actually, the state of Georgia. I only say *probably* because I haven't worked with every trainer in Cumming, but she is fantastic. I came to her with an injury and specific needs for my training. She effortlessly put together programming that respected my limitations while still challenging me. She is patient, encouraging, and her cues are on point.
