My fiance and I are started working out here a while ago and we absolutely love it!!! All the coach’s are so knowledgeable and push you to do your best! We’re so glad we found CrossFit Lanier!!

I’ve been doing personal training sessions at CrossFit Lanier since May 2024 and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! All the coaches are fantastic and knowledgeable, especially coach Amanda. I am managing an old back injury and all the coaches’ focus on proper form and individualized attention has helped me train confidently and comfortably without risking reinjuring myself; the coaches know when to push me but also when to reel me in when I get a little too ambitious.
