People come for the effective workout and stay for the community. I can’t say enough good things about Crossfit Laminin. Great workouts, great coaches, and great people.
I think the programming sets this gym apart from others. It’s both accommodating to people that want a place to get fit and great if you want to push the limits at CrossFit. The community is welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend.
Ok, hard to summarize this place in a short review, but I would encourage everyone to just try it if you’re thinking about it. I heard this in a podcast and thought it was appropriate for CFL; “Show up if you don’t feel ready, you will become more ready over time. Imperfect action creates momentum, and momentum creates opportunity.” I started at the age of 45 with no CrossFit experience. I’m still a work in progress, and truly may never be good at this, but I love showing up here.
