Great gym atmosphere and equipment. Coach Wes was super knowledgeable and supportive. I would definitely recommend CrossFit Lake Wylie to both beginner and experienced crossfitters!
My trainer Alie was very encouraging, motivational, and supportive throughout the entire class. She was very vocal and engaging, which created a fun, energetic atmosphere that made the workout even more enjoyable. This was only my first official class but all the trainers and everyone working out made it such a welcoming and exciting experience that I already wanted to attend more classes than I originally thought!
This gym community has been very welcoming to me and my husband. We just moved to the area a month ago. The members are friendly and the coaches really do want to see you grow and improve!
Great work out don’t have to think about what to do at gym everyday and coaches motivate you to do more
