Hi! Today I remembered why I stopped doing CrossFit more than a year and a half ago… because it’s definitely a love-hate relationship! 🤪 But honestly, I felt really good at this box. You can truly feel the teamwork and support that keeps you motivated and pushes you to continue when you’re thinking “I CAN’T DO THIS ANYMORE” 😂 And not to mention the coach… super nice 👍
CrossFit Lake Wylie’s Master class (for 55+) is a great workout. Alie is very personable and really cares about her clients. It feels inclusive of everyone, at all skill levels, the atmosphere is welcoming and supportive. Coach RJ helps motivate us to do our best, and it’s worth the price for a small group with abundant individual attention, when needed. A community of motivated individuals at various levels of physical fitness, where everyone feels appreciated and energized.
Great coaching, great atmosphere, and great people. Coaches are always looking out for everyone, offer great constructive criticism when needed, and help everyone have reasonable goals to always stay motivated.
Love the focus on coaching, community, and longevity. Surprisingly hard to find this focus and execution all in one place. Highly recommend!
RJ is very thorough and supportive. He will challenge you, but in a way that is safe and supportive. Machinery and equipment is routinely being upgraded and replaced. I feel safe and supported during workouts, and the equipment is routinely upgraded and maintained which makes a big difference. The value for money is very high especially when viewed from a longevity perspective.
