Coach Alie was very welcoming of me as a drop in and offered quality and applicable scaling advice despite not knowing my individual athletic abilities well. I felt like a part of the group throughout the class!

Alie, Wes, and the rest of the coaches are detail-oriented. They love to have fun while doing a productive workout. I’ve been doing CrossFit since 2019 and joined CrossFit Lake Wylie this past summer. I love the details and how the coaches don’t rush the workout. I feel like I’m developing supportive strength where my body needs it. The community is an added bonus if you need to get away from life for a moment. Give CrossFit Lake Wylie a try; you won’t regret it.

I’ve been a member at CrossFit Lake Wylie for about little over a year. I stopped going while I was pregnant, and postpartum I really struggled to get back into the gym.
