Saturday morning community WODs at CFLT feel like a holiday where family is coming together to celebrate. The community here is so warm and welcoming. That same community is also aware of one’s desires to see results. During my time as a member, I was pushed to be better in the most encouraging and respectful way possible. Even at 5:15am, Zach brings the heat! He knows exactly when to give a battle cry of encouragement, when to adjust, and how to keep things fun without letting you slack. Whether it’s a stubborn lift or a bad rep, he’s patient, persistent, and always in your corner. Mornings can be rough, but thanks to the class environment & coaching style Zach brings, they are my favorite - hands down.
I love how everyone is always cheering you on, makes you want to do better every time you go. The coaches do a great job on making sure you have the right posture. Definitely feel stronger!
This is a great facility with great coaches and great athletes!
I’m just starting back from being absent a lot. So I’m out of shape; and not happy about it. Karli coached me exactly how I needed it. Didn’t push me too hard, but gave me encouragement when I needed it.
