Today was my first class at CF Lake Travis and I enjoyed it so much. I was initially super nervous because it’s been nearly 10 years since I’ve stepped into a box. I felt so welcome and was put at ease right away. Karli was warm and supportive and I so appreciated her keeping a close eye on me. I’m so glad I found you guys and can’t wait to come back!

Zach is amazing and always takes into account the individual’s situation and skill level. He’ll help you navigate from scaled workouts into RX safely, while also pushing you when he sees you can go further. Highly recommend
