I love this place!! It feels like a home away from home. Nick is a wonderful coach who remembers me every time I go and the members are very friendly. The workouts are also so fun! I’m always sad to leave but look forward to returning every time I’m in Lake Placid!
Unresponsive - tried calling 5-6x, emailing 2x, and messaging on Instagram 2x. First time I’ve ever reached out to a CrossFit gym who did not answer. Took business elsewhere.
Friendly little box with a good coach, was a great place to get some workouts in while visiting my mom in LP.
This place is great! My husband and I were in Lake Placid for the weekend so I dropped in. Everyone was friendly & welcoming. I highly recommend them
