I have been attending Missio on a regular basis since the beginning of 2024. I travel and work from a few different gyms in the area and this is by far one of my favorites. Each coach brings their own level of experience and expertise to the table and supports you throughout the workouts. Whether you're new to fitness or looking for another path in your fitness journey, I can't recommend Missio Fitness enough.
I cannot say enough great things about this place. Every single coach is so informative, inspiring and excellent at coaching. I am new to fitness, I never even held a barbell before. I'm still able to participate in class and learn so much. Everyone is encouraging and motivates one another. Update: months later everyone has become like extended family and I've gained so much muscle. The coaches are so helpful and encouraging and I even did a competition.
