The owners and coaching staff do a fabulous job of making you feel welcome here. Everyone is motivating and friendly, creating a true family atmosphere. You can even bring your kids while you work out! The workouts are fun and challenging for every fitness level. I highly recommend giving them a try — it's a great community to be a part of.
I Absolutely love CrossFit Obsidian! As a mom trying to get my pink back after having kids, I really appreciate how kid-friendly it is—such a game changer for fitting fitness into mom life. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and truly care about your progress. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and everyone cheers each other on. I’ve never felt more encouraged to push myself and keep showing up! It’s single handily one of the cleanest gyms I’ve been apart of. Give the gym a try I promise you will love it.

I could not recommend this gym more! I had never done CrossFit before but this gym checked all my boxes- challenging & fun workouts, amazing community, and I can bring my kids! As a former collegiate athlete I love the diversity and challenge of the workouts. The scale-ability to fit your fitness level which was wonderful when I was getting back into really working out after having two kids.
