This place is OUTSTANDING! The coaches are all so welcoming and helpful! The workouts are explained and demonstrated well. I am not as capable as most of the other participants as I haven't been doing cross fit very long. Absolutely the best gym experience I’ve ever had. I only wish I had started CrossFit in my 20s instead of waiting until almost 50. From day one, the coaches have been knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping every person improve no matter their age or fitness level. The owners and coaching staff do a fabulous job of making you feel welcome here. Everyone is motivating and friendly, creating a true family atmosphere. You can even bring your kids while you work out! The workouts are fun and challenging for every fitness level. I highly recommend giving them a try — it's a great community to be a part of.
