I went to see if I could use the barbell but they were closed on a Wednesday morning. :/ I guess I’ll try it out next time I’m in town
My wife and I drop into Main Gate every few months when we visit family in Corpus and we LOVE it there! The equipment is nice, the programming is awesome, the members are all friendly, and the coaches are all AMAZING! I highly recommend Main Gate CrossFit!
I came to CrossFit Lackland in February 2021 when a friend invited me. I hadn't trained seriously in over 15 years and had never done Crossfit before. I was extremely nervous. I shouldn't have been. I was welcomed, encouraged, and felt immediately at home. The coaches are knowledgeable, professional, and make the experience fun. Now, 10 months later, I can't remember why I was so nervous.
