Came in town for a few days and went to some dropins with them.. Email responses were quick and answered questions All was set up and getting in to classes was simple and easy Great atmosphere, good coaches and all the others were welcoming I will be back!!
Great coaches! Supportive and inspiring owners! OG CrossFit! Feel welcomed every time I come to town!
I dropped in at Training Day for two days in July. The owner was super accommodating, and the coaches and athletes were very welcoming and illustrated a great community. The box was set up great with everything you need. If I lived in the area, it would 100% be my home gym!
Stopped in during a recent visit and really enjoyed my workout! A great gym with a supportive group of people. I’ll definitely try to come back when I’m in town again!
