I am still very new to cross fit and the coaches are so accommodating to me needing a little more direction during class. I love how every class is different and challenging. The coaches pay attention if a person needs any motification during the workout due to form and/or strength conditioning. I never feel judged for being new, but instead, feel super encouraged and supported in each class. I love it there! If you want to try cross fit, I really encourage you to! Great community!

If you want a supportive community and a gym that challenges you…this is it! The coaches and the members are great. The programming is what we love. We are so glad we found this gym.
