I frequently travel for work, and have to drop in around the country to get crossfit workouts out. This was hands down one of the better gyms I’ve been to. The coaches were extremely accommodating to my schedule, and the staff was very personable. Plenty of space, great equipment, awesome vibe.

Dropped in for a class while in town. Glad they offered so many class times as I had a crazy schedule with a very small window for a morning class, though I’m normally not a morning class person 🥱 Coach Derek was inviting and was always checking in to see if I found items for the workout or if I had questions. The box had the rugged CrossFit vibe going which was fun for a groggy rainy morning. Been going for about 3 month now. Best thing I ever did. The staff are great. They know what they are doing and teach it well. I love the variety with workouts from strength to cardio. The leaders of each class pay careful attention to detail on how to do things the right way, always coaching with great enthusiasm and encouragement. Along with that is the great feeling of community with other members. Everyone in encouraging and in it together. highly recommend this place.
