I’ve been to many CrossFits both in and out of America and this one is definitely a “come as you are” culture. Full of upbeat supportive coaches and an inclusive community! Great outdoor space!
CrossFit La Crosse has been transformative for me. I never really worked out prior to joining 5 years ago and since then it has cultivated a love of working out, lifting heavy, and pushing myself mentally and physically. It has given me confidence, inside and out! It is an amazing community of people from all walks of life with common goals of being healthy and trying new things. Can't say enough good things about the positive culture, friends, and the gains I've gotten out of the CF community!
CrossFit LaCrosse is a great family friendly gym. We love going there together and have been bringing our daughter along with us for weekend workouts since she was tiny. Excellent programming and coaches as well as a friendly accepting community.
