CrossFit L3 has been nothing short of amazing. I am new to CrossFit and all the coaches have been exceptional in the way they conduct their training and coaching. The environment is great I would highly recommend coming out and joining this amazing group of people!
The coaches and the XFitter's are always motivating one another and motivating you. It's just a fun a laid back environment. Tons of activities outside the gym. Teammate recognition every month. Reasonably priced.
One of the best gyms and training programs I’ve ever been apart of. Coaches are all very knowledgeable and helped me personally through programming, nutrition, injuries. Great place to not only learn the basics, but to progress fast and safely. Overall great place for anyone and everyone.
