My friend Lindsay, a longtime member, recommended this gym to me. Following a 15-minute "Intro" session, I took my first class—and it was fantastic! Due to some old injuries, I couldn't perform all the standard exercises, but the instructor had thoughtful alternatives ready, ensuring I got a great workout. I'm excited to try out all the classes they provide. FYI, their payment plans are designed to accommodate a variety of budgets. CrossFit L3 has been nothing short of amazing. I am new to CrossFit and all the coaches have been exceptional in the way they conduct their training and coaching. The environment is great I would highly recommend coming out and joining this amazing group of people!
The coaches and the XFitter's are always motivating one another and motivating you. It's just a fun a laid back environment. Tons of activities outside the gym. Teammate recognition every month. Reasonably priced.
