What a great gym! Mariana put me on track for my weight loss and fitness journey. The workouts are hard but completely doable. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming. Definitely recommend coming down for a class. So happy I’m back with the CrossFit family
My son recently started at Kryptonite CrossFit and it has been such a positive experience. The coach is motivating, knowledgeable, and supportive, and the atmosphere is welcoming and encouraging. It’s amazing to see him building strength, confidence, and discipline — and actually looking forward to his workouts! We’re so happy to have found this community and highly recommend it.

This is such a supportive place to train! Both the owner, Mariana, and the other pros who train and teach here are as well-informed and encouraging as could be!! I am officially a senior citizen (though I haven’t yet received that memo😄) with weak upper body strength, and each teacher finds the perfect balance between scaling my work-outs to my current abilities and raising the bar just enough to move me forward. Always a great experience at CrossFit Kryptonite. I’ve been dropping in here for 5 years every summer when I’m in town visiting family. The owner / coach Mariana remembers me every time and always makes me feel welcome! Great programming, welcoming members, and everything you need in a CrossFit gym. I’ll keep coming back every year, and I encourage others to check it out too!
