I had a great experience dropping in at CrossFit Krypton! The staff were very welcoming and responsive, the workout was explained well and scaling options were provided, the facility was also the nicest one I’ve ever seen! Only issue was signing up for the drop in. I had to email and wait for a response. Someone responded within 24 hours. The only concern I could see is if you wanted to drop in with less than 24 hours notice. Great experience dropping in at this CrossFit while I was visiting family in the area over Thanksgiving!! Everyone I interacted with was friendly and inviting. The gym itself is clean and much of the equipment appears either new or very well taken care of. A++ will drop in whenever I'm in the area.
I’ve been a member at this CrossFit gym for a month, the facility itself is fantastic – well-equipped, clean, but I’ve had a very disappointing experience with one of the coaches specifically Lindsey. Her approach to coaching me my husband and son was demanding instead of encouraging, we felt single out . She is not professional at all by laughing at us with another coach.
