This place made it easy for me being an overweight first timer. Scaling workout outs to fit but still push you. Class was not awkward like I expected to be in a class of only athletes. Everyday people. Coaches made class fun and really to help to motivate you while being kind. I'm proud to stay this is where I'm starting my journey.
I dropped into a morning class with my boyfriend and we had a great time! Everyone was so welcoming and the facility is super nice! It made our morning in Roswell one to remember!

This place is clean, has lot of room, and the coaches are amazing!!! The classes are so much fun and again the coaches are there to help you learn, grow, & encourage you to keep pushing!
