Awesome place, awesome people!!!
I got the privilege of calling this my home gym for a few months. This community is so welcoming, the facility is well cared for with a small space for outdoor lifting, and the coaches are fantastic. The owners create an atmosphere of care, hope, and laughter. If you get the chance to stop in, I highly suggest it and get a great sweat in!
Such a great atmosphere and they have a large number of coaches that all bring different strengths and unique qualities. They all do a great job of explaining the workouts, but then also giving guidance on proper scaling for every level of fitness. And they do a phenomenal job with their kid’s and tweens/teens classes! My son Brock tried the tween class for the first time and absolutely loved it! The coaches kept the kids moving the entire time, making it fun while teaching them how to work out the right way. The hour flew by, and I could tell he was really learning and benefiting from it. What stood out to me was how the coaches focused on proper form and teaching the kids how to use gym equipment safely—not just letting them run around. That kind of guidance is so important!
