Love the instructors!! They are great, very helpful when teaching you new workout moves!! They know their stuff!! Sarah and Jason the owners are great people!!!
Love the work outs and the community. So welcoming and excellent coaches. It can be a bit intimidating to start but the workouts can be scaled to meet your level. They offered onboarding sessions which really helped me learn the movements and terminology.

I got the privilege of calling this my home gym for a few months. This community is so welcoming, the facility is well cared for with a small space for outdoor lifting, and the coaches are fantastic. The owners create an atmosphere of care, hope, and laughter. If you get the chance to stop in, I highly suggest it and get a great sweat in!
