What an amazing place! Very welcoming staff and members. I was in town visiting family and dropped in for the week during open gym. I will definitely come back next time I’m in town.
Love the instructors!! They are great, very helpful when teaching you new workout moves!! They know their stuff!! Sarah and Jason the owners are great people!!!
Love the work outs and the community. So welcoming and excellent coaches. It can be a bit intimidating to start but the workouts can be scaled to meet your level. They offered onboarding sessions which really helped me learn the movements and terminology.
