I was able to do a drop in at CrossFit Koinonia while in town from TX. The gym is super clean and very organized. Charles and Tish were very welcoming, thank you for having me!!

I have recently joined CrossFit Koinonia and it was the best decision I could’ve made for my fitness journey going forward. Unlike any other gym out there, this feels more like a personalized workout plan to your own individual needs. I found that it doesn’t matter what experience level anyone is at because every workout can be scaled differently dependent on what fitness level you are at. Charles and the team at CrossFit Koinonia are welcoming and really supportive. As someone new to CrossFit I was worried that it would be a bit overwhelming but nothing could have been further from the truth. The team at Koinonia met me where I was and helped me set goals and start on my journey. I find myself looking forward to every workout! The community there is really great as well.
