Most underrated gym ever. Charles and Tish have created an amazing fitness community where well-being prevails. Each workout is taylored to your needs and abilities, every class is a step towards your goals. The gym is always super clean and the coaches very knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this place enough. Fantastic people and feel good kick-ass workouts!
I was able to do a drop in at CrossFit Koinonia while in town from TX. The gym is super clean and very organized. Charles and Tish were very welcoming, thank you for having me!!
