Loved my experience here! I hadn't worked out in so long and they were able to meet me where I was at. Had a good and effective work out. They have a fun and awesome community as well!

Great community, coaches and facility
This gym is so much fun if you’re wanting a high intensity workout. As someone who feels uncomfortable working out around others when I go here I’m completely comfortable and always cheered on. The coaches are so patient and kind they teach me correct form to help me do movements. If you’re looking for a gym that feels like a family kohen is definitely the place!!
