Excellent CrossFit gym with excellent programming and coaching. The owner Josh is amazing human being who genuinely cares about each and every member.
I absolutely love Koa CrossFit and the members. The coaches show and teach the perfect form, they push snd encourage the very best out of you. Beautiful, clean space. Also if you have a kid/ there’s an area for them ( hence no excuses ).
In August 2017, I will be celebrating my 8 year anniversary at Koa. This place has truly changed my life. I can honestly say that I am the strongest and fittest I have ever been in my 52 years. Koa has excellent coaches and programming. The best part is that you get to know everyone in your class and you push each other along. I highly recommend this place. 1/29/2024, It's been 14 years. Still going 4 - 5 times a week. Love this place!
